Islam ma khilafat na vaqt ma Qazi ek Khas maqam rakhta hata. Qazi nu kaam hatu ke ye Shariat (Islamic Law) par amal kari ne logo naa Maamla (cases) ne solve kare. Qazi, Judge nij misal hatu je Quran ane Hadish ni roshni ma faisla kre.
